Texas A & M Class Rosters
I came across this while searching for information on a student who would have attended A&M during the 1920's. I'm still looking, but I was so pleased to find this database that I wanted to share it with y'all right away! Don't worry that the earliest year listed is 1942: I found that I could get results as far back as 1900.

Norwegian Society of Texas
A statewide organization founded on March 8, 1975 with the objective "to enjoy, preserve and promote our Norwegian heritage". As in the days of the Vikings, N. S. T. is governed by the Althing, a state-wide body with elected representatives from the local chapters.

Baylor Institute for Oral History
Oral history is an essential tool for any family historian! Baylor University in Waco, Texas offers a Workshop on the Web to help you learn more. They'll answer your questions:
What is oral history? What ethical and legal considerations apply to oral history research? What equipment do I need? How do I conduct an interview? What can I do to preserve and share the interview once it is recorded? This is a truly valuable resource!
