"The Chippewas also did notable work in Extemporaneous Speaking and Declamations. "Out For Scalps" is the bloodthirsty motto of the Chippewas, and although they have not won all the scalps they are hot on their victims' trails.
The Debating Club has made a bright spot in each Chippewa's high school career. The memory of those chummy club meetings, initiations, and banquets, and the inspiration of our sponsor, will always be dear to us. May the Club be evermore successful in the future."
