I hope you're all well & happy and not too
cold!
Thank you to all of you who wrote such kind emails to me
when you learned that we'd all been so sick here - your good wishes worked and
The Crud is almost completely gone now.
I owe you all an apology for sending out the newsletter
last time with a bad link to the Names pages! I'm so sorry about that! I
usually try to double-check those things but my brain was full of goo!
Any names that haven't yet been added to the Index of Names
on the website will eventually be added, and they'll appear in the very next Updates
newsletter, too.
For those of you who are new subscribers, this portion of The Olden Times is not indexed by the
FreeFind search engine's spider, so you have the advantage of the updates
and the bimonthly index of locations only if you're a subscriber.
For whatever that's worth. Hey - at least it's free!
Back issues may be found here.
Folks are making connections!
Be sure to visit the Connections pages! I'll be adding some
new "Connections" this week!
There isn't a link yet from the main part of the
site, but you can see the beginning of this new section on the Connections
pages.
I have so many more Connections stories to add, and
I wish I could get caught up, but...
I'm still behind, as always, in getting everything online,
but I'll keep working at it, so if you don't see something that you've sent to
me, please be patient with me and keep watching...

Speaking of books, please drop by the Bookstore,
even if you just want to "window shop!"
Thank you so much to those of you who've purchased
books from or sponsors through the Bookstore,
because your purchase helps make this site possible!
Please stay safe, and remember those glorious words, e
pluribus unum.
Out of many, one.
As always, thanks for your patience, and thanks for
visiting.

the family moved from MS to TN or from TN to MS, but a MESSENGER researcher
might find this old "Society News" column about Summit, MS to hold a
valuable clue!
