Vintage & Collectible Texas Postcards:

San Jacinto Battleground

Aerial View

Vintage White Border Postcard

Houston, Texas

1928

While I can't read the signature on this card, it was sent to Mrs. J. M. QUAIL of Topeka, Kansas; postmarked June 29, 1928 from Houston, Texas.

The message on the reverse reads doesn't make much sense; it is clearly meant for a reader who knew why the sender had traveled to Texas.

The postcard was published by the Seawall Specialty Company of Houston & Galveston, Texas, and bears a 2 cent stamp.
