It was postmarked August 9, 1913, from Williamsport, and mailed to Miss B. W. SHIMER of Middletown, New York, by Fred FUHRMAN of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Fred didn't write a message; he simply included his name and address.

The card is a C. T. Photochrom with a divided back. While you can see numerous "bumps" around the edges and corners, the finish is surprisingly glossy.
