Learn more about Willis ROBARDS. Just a few years after this advertisement ran, ROBARDS  would oppose secession but go on to serve as a major in the Confederate army. He served under General SIBLEY and was  wounded at the Battle of Valverde. He later served under General GREEN in the Louisiana Campaign.
