Donna writes to us about this GARLAND family:
In my research for my Garland Ancestry, I acquired some documents from the University of Kentucky concerning what I believe to be the same family as mentioned above. If anyone is interested, I would be glad to help. The documents I have are copied handwritten notes as recorded by James Powell Garland. Some parts of them are very hard for me to make out mostly because of place names and handwriting. It doesn't keep me from trying though! :)
