On the reverse, it reads, One of the most historic sites in Texas is Fort Parker, where Comanche and Kiowa Indians fought pioneers in 1836 and kidnapped Cynthia Ann Parker. Fort Parker Restoration is near Groesbeck, Texas, on State Hwy. 14.
