This is the reverse side of the Congress Square postcard from Portland, Maine.

You'll have to be the judge as to whether the name is actually spelled CONARD or COUARD, both this card and the reverse side of the postcard from The Old Fort Inn at Kennebunkport, Maine. And while the handwriting appears to be similar, the signatures don't seem to be the same.

By the way...I'm betting on CONARD!
