It was published by the Douglas Publishing Company of New York A. A. C., and the front has "F. W. HOUSER, Druggist and Bookseller, California, Mo." There is no date, but inside the front cover is printed "California, Mo., _____190_. There are eight photos in all.
This photograph is of the Aurora School and its students. No address is given, though "Photo by Short" is printed at the bottom.
