This unused linen postcard features an aerial view of Jackson, Mississippi. According to Mashburn's The Postcard Price Guide, A Comprehensive Reference, the Linen Era postcards were produced between 1930-1945. We can be fairly certain that such "bird's-eye" views were still on the novel side, air travel not yet being common yet.
